DesignVines begins with a town planning report and feasibility study, developing a concept sketch offering design ideas and feedback to clients. This preliminary stage may involve a site inspection and documentation of existing layout. Upon completion, a decision may be made to progress to the next stage.

Approaches to procurement, Interior fit-out and development of sustainable energy solutions.
This is based on progression of preliminary findings and initial concept sketches. From the further detail in the design we are able to review cost forecast and approval procurement.
Detailed documents for tendering to builders. In this stage diligence is paid to produce a quality product that satisfies client objectives.
Construction Certificate coordination and approval. This is the final requirement before building may start.
Forming solutions with the Contractor/builder or owner builder to follow intended quality, program and cost.
